Our National Accounts Operation provides service to any multi-location portfolio, including government facilities. Grounds Control USA has been able to reduce exterior facility program spend by as much as 15% in the retail, industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, and apartment sectors.
Our Regional Service Centers provide B2B exterior facility services for local and regional clients. It is the objective of Grounds Control USA to have 14 Regional Service Centers across the United States.
Through our proprietary management software, we have GPS tracking, automatic scheduling of recurring services, boots on the ground inspections, and picture proof collection of work performed. This all guarantees that the scope of work is followed and quality meets expectations.
We use vetted Field Partners to provide all services in our National Accounts operation and use our own employees and equipment in our Regional Service Centers.
Each of our clients are assigned a dedicated team with 5+ years of experience. That means there is no call center - our clients get guaranteed direct access to a Project or Production Manager 24/7/365.
We specialize in exterior maintenance services only and don't work with HVAC, Plumbing, Janitorial, etc. We would rather be great at one thing versus being average at a bunch of things.
